Welcome to the running training plan generator App by Kouyi (Hangzhou) Sports Technology Co Ltd. Please read and agree to this Agreement before registering or using the App. By clicking “Agree” or completing registration, you accept all terms herein.
Definitions
“Company”: Kouyi (Hangzhou) Sports Technology Co Ltd
“User”: individuals or entities who register, log in, or use the App
“App”: the running training plan generator App available on the Apple App Store and Android Store
Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using the App, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Registration & Account
Users must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
Users are responsible for account and password security and must not lend, rent, or permit others to use their account.
If unauthorized use or security vulnerabilities are detected, the User should notify the Company immediately.
License to Use
The Company grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and related services in compliance with this Agreement.
User Obligations
Comply with applicable laws and regulations, and do not use the App for illegal or infringing activities.
Do not tamper with, attack, or interfere with the App or its services, including but not limited to decompilation or reverse engineering.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and training plans, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws, and belongs to the Company.
Without the Company’s written consent, the User may not copy, modify, distribute, or infringe on these rights.
Privacy Policy
Personal data provided during registration or use is protected by the Privacy Policy.
Health & Risk Disclaimer
The training plans provided are for reference only and do not constitute medical, health, or professional advice.
Users should consult their own medical or professional advisors before following any training plan.
The Company is not liable for any bodily injury or health issues resulting from the training plans or App use.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any express or implied warranties.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the App or services.
By clicking “Agree,” the User fully understands and accepts all disclaimers and limitations of liability herein; the Company’s total liability to the User shall not exceed RMB zero (¥0).
Termination
If the User violates this Agreement or laws, the Company may suspend or terminate their access and seek legal remedies.
Modifications
The Company may modify this Agreement at any time and will publish updates in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan). Disputes shall be settled by negotiation or filed with the People’s Court having jurisdiction over the Company’s domicile.
Effective Date & Contact
This Agreement is effective upon the User’s click of “Agree” or completion of registration.
