Definitions
“Company”: Kouyi (Hangzhou) Sports Technology Co Ltd
“User”: individuals or entities who use or access the App.
“Personal Information”: information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a natural person, either on its own or in combination with other information.
“App”: the running training plan generator App released by the Company on the Apple App Store and Android Store.

device and log data including device model, OS version, IP address, and access logs.
operational and health data such as running distance, duration, heart rate zones, and pace (with user consent).
real-time or historical location data if the User authorizes.

to send app updates, feature notices, and customer support responses.

other purposes required by law or with User’s explicit consent.

The Company securely stores User data within the PRC and employs encryption, access controls, and administrative safeguards.
Data retention aligns with the service period; upon expiration or account deletion, data will be deleted or anonymized per law or upon User request.
Disclosure of Information
The Company shares User information only in the following circumstances:
service-related third parties such as cloud providers and payment platforms.
when required by law, judicial or administrative authorities.
with User’s explicit consent or to protect the Company’s legal rights.
The Company will not sell or rent User personal data to any third party.
User Rights
Users may exercise the following rights in the App or by contacting customer support:
access and correct their personal data.
delete their account or withdraw consent.
obtain a copy of their personal data.
submit feedback or complaints regarding privacy.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 14. If minor data is collected, the Company will promptly delete it and take remedial actions.
Policy Updates
The Company may update this Privacy Policy at any time and will notify Users via in-App notices or update logs.
For material changes, the Company will obtain User consent via dialog boxes or email.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws of the PRC (excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan). Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation or filed with the People’s Court having jurisdiction over the Company’s domicile.
